Actually, maybe just do not fire a .30-06 ever again (or until the zombie apocalypse) - as there are probably more efficient ways of doing damage to both self and others simultaneously. Like a grenade.

Random side-note: as was true when I did archery, I'm ambi-dominant ocularly - so I can't ever tell which eye or hand to use.
