I currently have a Cannon 3in1 that my small office uses as our fax machine and copier. The paper jams have escalated to the point of uselessness.

So I need a copier and would like to have fax capability. Would prefer a lift type lid traditional copier top. we run 20-30 pages a day, tops. Looking for a toner based cartridge and don't require color.

Any direction or advice is appreciated. My other printer is an HP, but I'm open to another brand. Would like to keep the price in or below the $500-600 range. Wireless print would be a nice option, it would let me have another network printer as back up. (network cable woulod be a a hassle due to location/building construction, so I have not worried about that up till now.)
