I overclocked something...
Hey guess what? Megan (my wife) is pregnant! So as soon as I find out who the father is I'm gonna beat the...ahem. I *mean*, yay me! And her, of course. The freaking out has subsided to a background hum in the back of my head, and once I find another job to supplement the oh-so-lucrative substitute teacher gig and get used to not drinking in sympathy and solidarity and reaarrange the office into a nursery and get signed up at the local women's health center and plug into California's expansive social health network and *finally*, for once and all, go and check out that book in the library that apparently everyone else my age has already read that tells you how to act and think and *be* like an adult, I'll be ready.
In all honesty, I/we are incredibly happy and excited. Bring on August 24th. I'll be there with a catcher's mitt.
