We found this great Asian market in our area: The Super H Mart.
Here is some evidence to its awesome-ability.

Today she was doing cabbage.
In the background, you can also see daikon, cucumber, green onion, spinach, bok choy and carrot.

We bought the napa cabbage.
I apologize, I thought I had rotated this one.

Short Ribs: The short rib 11 pack from Super H Mart. Priced @ $8.76.
We'll get three meal out of this.
We also got an entire duck for less than the price of two breasts @ Harry's
& pork cutlets we will turn into homemade sausage.

Korean Braised, Ribs Bourgigogne, Coffee Roast: OK, after prepping, we have ready to go into the sous vide:
Beef short ribs Bourgigogne,
Korean style (with the juice from the kim chee, garlic, ginger & onion)
and Coffee Roast (a simple thing to do to cheep beef).
