With genuine Woo-Den handles!
In making a quick elevensies, or perhaps second breakfast (heaven forfend it should be both -- I think I'll work on Central time this morning), I've discovered the most wonderful thing...
My big ol' nonstick Wok, good enough as a spare for making Chinese if you don't need to put the spurs to it for anything, makes the most spectactular omelete pan.
Two eggs, one tablespoon of water, a few herbs, and S&P all fit rather nicely in the little flat circle at the bottom, and just slightly rise up the smoothly curved edges. The nonstick is almost good as new, but a generous smearing of butter certainly didn't hurt.
Sprinkle on some ham, onion, green pepper (all diced) and grated cheddar, and flip-flop-whoops, there's a tasty 2nd breakfast.
The title of this post may or may not make sense. It's probably not funny unless you're my mother.
