So we don't do much on Thursdays anymore, but I have been working my ass off between work and remodeling the guest bath and could use some time off.

Who got it? If anyone is waiting to see how intensive the graphics req is, my Radeon 6850 defaults to "High" everything.. There is an Ultra setting, but for the most part I would say they did a decent job of keeping the requirements down. The 6850 is barely middle of the road now.

Yeah, I know.. way too early man.. and stop blaspheming Skynyrd!

I'd really like to get a 5+ group on NFS, though, so I'm recruiting early!!

So... It's been a while since we've raced! NFS anyone? I'd love to have a 5+ racer game!!

So it's suppose to be OME I think... Not sure what the feeling is, but I have three folks, maybe four, that are really excited to play some TF2 again. We also happen to have the server we paid for.

So.. what's your thoughts? I know Dom gets frustrated with the dynamics of low-count TF2, but I think if we would have had even teams there wouldn't have been Heavy spam.

ArmA II? Thad is working on a more focused mod for us, not sure if he's done with it this quick though.

Also, we still have the Team Fortress 2 server. Since we actually own this server, we could always allow folks in and kick them if they're either assholes or they are just too good for us. We could also manage to get all of us on one team if we only have 6, then let the server fill up. Might be fun to have the communications edge on some folks.

Jen is out of town the 20th-22nd. Obviously short notice, but I figured it was worth seeing what the availability would be.

Unlike the Stately Duane Manor, I only have one extra bedroom that actually has a bed. That said, there's a couch and floor space if folks need a place to crash.

So check your calendars, question any interested parties outside of our normal group, and let me know if that's a date that might work. If so, great! If not, we'll look for another date later down the road.

I have a few friends that have been bugging me about some TF2. That said, we'd obviously need a decent # of people for it to be any fun.

Including me, I have 3-6 people. Nick, Seth, Justin, Jed, me, and possibly Brandon. If we could get 10, I think it would be pretty fun. If Thursday sucks, maybe throw out an alternate day?

Great game, 8 players, and any combination of racers and cops.

Also a great number and variety of cars... It's fun!! I guaranty it!
